11/30: Did You Really Just Do That?

Disturbing Things Other People Do
{If you missed the beginning of the 30 Day Challenge you can find it here}

Day eleven is all about pet peeves.  I'm not that negative of a person (truly!), but here are the things that annoy me the most.  Enjoy!

1.  Spelling/Punctuation Errors!  Oh my gosh people, we all went to school and took English classes while we were there!  Please use what you learned.
And remember:  there, they're, and their all have different meanings!  So do you, your, and you're!

2.  PeOpLe WhO tYpE lyKe Dis or LIKE THIS.  The first one is just hard and annoying to read and I know people don't yell all the time so don't capitalize every letter like the second one!
(okay...I have a lot of pet peeves about spelling)

3.  Rude People.  I hate when people can't (or won't) use the words please, thank you, excuse me, or sorry.  Maybe this is irritating me more so now because we just got back from Disney but I just can't get over how rude people are!  They'll bump into you, cut in line, talk loudly throughout a show or ride, and stop walking when they're right in front of you too.  Ugh...use manners and common sense people!

4.  Cutting People Off.  I hate driving on 28 S and having people cut me off because they "forgot" they had to get off at a certain exit.  And then I get the finger because I was minding my own business and driving in the same lane the entire time?  Okay, thanks.

5.  Pushers.  You know, those people who think they are right and you are wrong and they'll go to any length to prove it.  I don't push my beliefs on you, so please don't do it to me.  It's all about respect!  (Westboro Baptist Church comes to mind...)

6.  Feminists.  (Okay...so I'm taking it from the blog Hopes and Dreams but I completely agree with this one!)
"Let me explain.... While I definitely consider myself a feminist in some ways, I can't stand it when women think they have to act like a man in order to have equal opportunities.  It breaks my heart that femininity is now considered weak and vulnerable."

7.  Grabbers.  When Chris and I were at Disney, I saw so many guys grab or caress their partners butts.  I couldn't believe it....it's a family park!  If you want to do that go back to your room or something.  I don't want to see it!  I also hate when guys openly grab themselves (gross).  Oh yea, and when we were standing in line for a ride at Epcot, I watched a woman pick at her crotch for a good 30 seconds.  There's a thing called a bathroom....use it.

8.  Negativity.  Your life can't be that bad all the time.  Yes, we all have bad days but when there is something wrong every single day it just means you're either not happy or just trying to find something to complain about.  Count your blessings!

9.  Cell Phones.  When you go out to eat with someone and they're constantly checking their phone to see if anyone has text them or if they have any facebook notifications.  Or if they answer a phone call when you're with them and then you're ignored while they carry on with whomever is on the line.

10.  Movie Talkers.  Okay, so everyone is guilty of it to some degree but some are much worse than others.  I hate sitting in front of someone at the theater who decides to narriate the entire movie for me.  It makes the entire experience unenjoyable.
